Welcome to the Financial Stewardship page of MissionaryAgents. Whether you are a longtime supporter or exploring our mission for the first time, we want you to know something before you read another word: we take your trust more seriously than we take your money. We operate with integrity and transparency before God and man — not because donors require it, but because Scripture does. We believe every dollar given to this ministry is a sacred trust, and we intend to account for every cent of it as faithfully as we ask our missionaries to account for every soul.
Our financial stewardship principles are not a policy we adopted to satisfy a watchdog. They are written into the bylaws of MissionaryAgents. We operate on a strict 25% / 75% funding allocation: no more than 25 cents of every dollar may be used for administrative overhead, and at least 75 cents goes directly to operations — to the harvest. We run a deliberately lean and efficient organization so that the mission gets the lion’s share. The whole dollar goes to the Great Commission. But 75% of it goes straight to the field.
We also believe that generosity deserves accountability in return. That is why we provide our donors with access to a live data analytics dashboard where they can see, in real time, exactly how their support is affecting lives around the world: how many gospel presentations are being made, how many professions of faith, how many baptisms, how many missionaries trained, how many Academy graduates and campuses launched, how many churches planted, and which regions of the world are being reached. Your gift is not a line item. It is a life. And we want you to see the face of it.
Because we believe every dime belongs to God and every donor deserves absolute confidence in how their support is utilized, MissionaryAgents has selected Church CPA to prepare and review our books and to publish our annual Transparency and Accountability Report. We chose Church CPA specifically because they bring over 36 years of specialized nonprofit accounting experience, and because they offer affordable flat-rate pricing designed to protect the budgets of small ministries — ensuring that the cost of accountability does not itself become a drain on the mission. When Church CPA reviews our books, you are not just receiving a financial statement. You are receiving an independent confirmation that your support is doing exactly what we said it would do.
MissionaryAgents is a proud member of Candid, formerly known as GuideStar — the world’s most trusted and authoritative source of information on nonprofit organizations. By adhering to their strict, independent reporting standards for governance, financials, and mission objectives, we have earned the Candid Bronze Seal of Transparency. This recognized standard means that our leadership, organizational structure, and mission details are available for public review through Candid’s platform. Prospective donors can search for MissionaryAgents on Candid.org and review our profile with complete confidence, knowing that our information has been independently verified and that your vital support is ethically managed and directly advancing the Great Commission.
To ensure your online experience with us is safe and reliable, this website is fully protected by Cloudflare’s global security network — one of the most advanced secure web gateways in the world. Cloudflare actively intercepts and neutralizes cyber threats before they ever reach our site, including malicious bots, data breaches, and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. For you, the donor, this means that every interaction you have with MissionaryAgents.org — from reading our mission updates to submitting a contact form — is guarded by the same enterprise-grade, zero-trust security infrastructure used by governments and global corporations. Our platform is built to stay online, stay responsive, and stay strictly defended against unauthorized access or data compromise. Your trust is not only spiritually precious to us. It is technically protected.
When you choose to support our mission financially, your personal and payment information is our highest security priority. Our donation platform operates exclusively over a secure connection utilizing Transport Layer Security (TLS) — the modern, rigorously maintained successor to the older Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, commonly recognized by the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar. TLS establishes an encrypted tunnel between your device and our server, employing advanced asymmetric cryptography to scramble your sensitive data into a format that can only be unlocked by the intended, authenticated recipient. This means that your transaction details — your name, your card number, your address — are fully shielded from interception, tampering, or theft while in transit. You can give with the peace of mind that your generosity is handled with the highest standard of digital protection available today.
Taken together, these commitments — a bylaws-enforced funding allocation, an independent Church CPA review, Candid certification, Cloudflare security, and TLS encryption — reflect something we want every supporter and every prospective donor to feel without having to ask: MissionaryAgents is a serious, professional, and God-honoring organization. We are not playing at ministry. We are not learning as we go on the question of financial integrity. We built accountability into our governance before we received our first dollar, because we believe that the mission of Jesus Christ deserves institutions worthy of it. You have worked hard for what you have. You have prayed over what to give. We receive it with reverence — and we steward it like it will be audited by heaven, because we believe it will be.
MissionaryAgents is committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor, donor, and client who interacts with us online. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade the contact information or personal data of any visitor, donor, or client with any outside party for any commercial purpose, under any circumstances.
Information you provide to us — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and donation history — is held in strict confidence and used solely to fulfill our ministry mission, process donations, and communicate with you about MissionaryAgents and its work. This information is never sold, licensed, or disclosed to third parties. Your trust is sacred to us, and we steward your personal information with the same care and accountability we bring to every financial transaction. Our commitment to data privacy is consistent with and reinforced by the financial integrity standards described above on this page.
Donor Analytics and Reporting. As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, donors who opt in to our analytics dashboard will have access to aggregated, mission-level reporting data showing the collective impact of all giving to MissionaryAgents. This data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information about other donors. Individual donor giving records are private and accessible only to the donor and to authorized MissionaryAgents financial staff. We will never use donor data for any purpose other than ministry operations, donor communications, and financial reporting to the donor themselves.
Payment Security. All financial transactions conducted through this website are processed over a TLS-encrypted connection and handled by our payment processor, Stripe. MissionaryAgents does not store credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Payment processing is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. For details, visit stripe.com/privacy.
AI Agent Interactions. MissionaryAgents operates AI agents, including Gabriel, that may collect and process information you voluntarily share during a conversation. Our AI agents do not browse the open internet and do not share your personal information with third parties. Conversation data is used solely to fulfill the ministry purpose of the interaction — sharing the gospel, answering questions, and connecting willing seekers to a local church partner. If a subscriber church or ministry has deployed a custom Gabriel agent, that subscriber may receive anonymized summary data about gospel conversations conducted through their agent, consistent with the subscriber’s own privacy policy. No personally identifiable information from AI conversations is sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes. You may end any AI agent conversation at any time, and you may request deletion of your conversation data by contacting us through the Contact page.
