He went on to co-author three missionary training manuals, train more than 5,000 inmates, baptize over 1,200 new believers, and co-found NoPlaceLeft Academy. His heartbeat and purpose in life is to glorify God by fulfilling the Great Commission.
Joshua has more than 20 years of experience as a cybersecurity professional. His background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas, service as a cybersecurity specialist in the United States Navy, and continued work in the private sector. His heartbeat is to protect and defend people as they pursue their careers and dreams through technology — the way he uses his expertise to glorify God.
Derek has more than 20 years of experience planting and pastoring churches across the United States and Latin America. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he currently lives in Costa Rica, where he is launching a NoPlaceLeft Academy campus and leading a movement to reach all of Latin America. His heartbeat is training missionaries and launching catalytic teams into the most challenging places in Central and South America.

The following Statement of Faith and Ethical Standards is not a marketing document. It is the foundation we stand on, the convictions we are accountable to, and the way of life every member of our team has committed to live.
MissionaryAgents is a faith-driven organization operating within the evangelical tradition. Every officer, employee, contractor, and volunteer is required to affirm and abide by the following Statement of Faith as a condition of service. Adherence to this Statement of Faith is a bona fide religious occupational qualification for all roles within MissionaryAgents.
We believe:
1. The Bible is the Holy Word of God and the supreme authority for all faith and practice.
2. Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior — fully God and fully man — who died for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return.
3. Salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone. Repentance and surrender to Christ as Lord are necessary.
4. The Holy Spirit fills, guides, and empowers every believer.
5. Every believer is a new creature, an ambassador for Christ, and a minister of reconciliation called to advance the Great Commission.
6. The Church is the body of Christ, called to make disciples of all nations through evangelism, discipleship, and church planting — until there is NoPlaceLeft.
Every member of our team affirms that they personally hold these convictions and that their life and conduct are consistent with them. The Organization reserves the right to separate any volunteer whose beliefs or conduct become inconsistent with this Statement of Faith.
Grounded in the Ten Commandments.
No one can perfectly abide by the following standards. But God does not authorize us to lower the bar. We take these standards seriously, and when we fall short, we turn to the Lord, repent, get back up, and keep marching forward in His righteousness. They are grounded in the Ten Commandments and organized under ten commitments, each corresponding to a commandment of God. They are not merely organizational policy — they are theological convictions, and a way of life every member of our team has committed to pursue.
We keep Jesus Christ at the absolute center of all we do. We reject the worship of metrics, reputation, money, or ministry success as a substitute for His Lordship.
We worship God on His terms. We evaluate all methods by Scripture. All gospel content must include sin, the cross, the resurrection, and the call to surrender to Christ — without dilution.
We represent Jesus Christ with accuracy, integrity, and reverence. We lead through humble servanthood, not fear or manipulation. Our word is our bond.
We commit to sustainable rhythms of work and rest. We will not glorify burnout. Every commitment is made prayerfully and within honest capacity.
We honor God-ordained authority and treat every person with the dignity of an image-bearer of God, regardless of race, nationality, background, or history.
We honor human life at every stage. Every engagement is built on genuine care for the person. We address hatred and dehumanizing speech as serious violations of God's law.
We commit to sexual purity and covenant faithfulness in all personal relationships. Adherence to this standard is a bona fide religious occupational qualification for all roles. All information shared in confidence is treated as a sacred trust and must never be violated.
We handle all funds as stewards. We pay what is owed, credit what is earned, and pursue financial generosity as an act of worship, not obligation. All giving to outside ministries is approved through the board's conflict-of-interest review process.
We commit to radical honesty in all communications. We do not gossip, exaggerate, or manipulate. We address conflict directly and truthfully.
We commit to contentment and gratitude. We celebrate others' success without envy and hold our own accomplishments loosely before God.
Mandatory Reporting: The confidentiality obligations of this organization do not supersede mandatory reporting requirements under Texas or federal law. All volunteers are required to report suspected child abuse or neglect as required under Texas Family Code §261.101. No religious exemption or organizational policy supersedes this legal obligation.
